There are a few ways you can register for this conference: by mail, phone, or fax. Unless you register by phone, you will need to print out (if you don't already have one) a registration form and complete it with all the necessary information.
To print the registration form:
1. Click the link to open the file in Adobe Reader.
2. Look for the printer icon in the upper left and click it.
3. In the area under "Print Range", in the line for "Pages", type "2".
This will print second page of the flier where the registration form is located.
